Estefany Koskey

Estefany moved to Decatur in early 2023, but her connection to the area began nearly a decade earlier. Since first witnessing Decatur’s growth back in 2014, she’s watched the town evolve while preserving its spirit of togetherness. Her appreciation for Wise County deepens each day as she continues to witness its goodness and the strong sense of community that remains at its core.

In April 2024, Estefany earned her real estate license, driven by a heartfelt mission to help families across North Texas reach their dreams through homeownership. Her work is rooted in trust, care, and a genuine desire to make a lasting difference in people's lives.

Coming from a military family, Estefany has lived in many places across the country, but none have ever felt as welcoming or grounding as Wise County. Here, she has found a true sense of home. She’s excited to grow deeper roots in the area and be a positive presence for those she connects with.

Beyond her professional life, Estefany is passionate about fitness and personal growth. Since beginning her fitness journey in the spring of 2024, she’s made incredible progress and fully embraced the active lifestyle. She enjoys CrossFit, running, and pickleball — activities that not only challenge her physically but also fuel her sense of discipline and joy. Her commitment to wellness reflects her belief in living life with intention and showing up as her best self, both personally and professionally.
