Megan Svensson

Megan’s faith is at the heart of how she lives and works. She believes relationships are worth investing in and that she is called to love and serve people well. She leads with honesty, communicates with clarity, and believes trust is built through consistency and follow-through. Above all, Megan wants the people she works with to know they are genuinely cared for—not simply as clients, but as people.

That same heart for people shapes the way Megan thinks about home. To her, a home is more than the walls that surround it—it’s a place for people to gather, relationships to deepen, bread to be broken, and life to be shared.

Before becoming a REALTOR®, Megan spent more than a decade in education, first as a teacher and later coaching and supporting educators. What she loved most was advocating for others—making sure her students, teachers, and families felt heard, supported, and equipped to move forward with confidence. That same desire to advocate for others is something she now brings to the people she serves in real estate.

Megan also brings a background in custom home building and remodeling, giving her a unique perspective on homes and an eye for seeing both what a property is and what it could become. Together, those experiences allow Megan to bring a heart for people and a practical understanding of homes to the clients she serves.

Whether buying, selling, or simply considering what comes next, Megan wants her clients to feel informed, confident, and cared for throughout the process.
