Katy Morris

Katy moved to Graham in 2012 and immediately saw how wonderfully the community connected. As a former educator she watched over and over again as young people moved away only to move back to raise their families. She understands the value that family and community play in raising a family to be good citizens and finding the right home to gather and enjoy neighbors is a big part of that. Both of her children graduated from Graham and she hopes that someday they will feel the pull to move back “home”. Until then, she is happy to help others find that perfect fit for their family or business and maybe even help them get plugged into the community too. Katy is very organized and practical and looks forward to helping each client find their new place or to sell, upgrade, or move away (for a time).
